Refund & Cancellation Policy – Panna Jungle Safari
At Panna Jungle Safari, we value our guests and strive to deliver a seamless travel and wildlife experience. However, we also understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes lead to changes in your travel plans. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
We offer partial refunds on confirmed bookings, depending on how early the cancellation is made before the scheduled safari date.
Guests who cancel their bookings at least 30 days in advance are eligible for a refund of 80% of the total amount paid.
This allows us enough time to rebook your slot and manage our resources efficiently.
If the cancellation request is received between 15 to 29 days before your scheduled safari, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking amount.
As your scheduled date approaches, certain arrangements and permits may already be processed and become non-refundable on our end.
For cancellations requested between 7 to 14 days prior to your safari, 10% of the booking amount will be refunded.
By this time, fixed costs and park fees may already be committed, limiting the refundable portion.
Unfortunately, if the cancellation is made within 7 days of your scheduled safari, no refund will be applicable.
Due to last-minute nature and non-refundable park permits, we are unable to offer any returns at this stage.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing, either via email or WhatsApp. The date of cancellation will be considered from the time and date we receive your written request.
Please provide the following details in your cancellation request:
Full Name
Booking ID or Reference Number
Safari Date
Reason for cancellation
Once we verify the request, we will process your refund based on the terms outlined above.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation.
The refund amount will be credited via the original mode of payment.
Please note that bank/transaction/payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
In rare cases where the safari is canceled due to political unrest, or official park closures by the forest department, we will offer either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduling option, subject to availability.
We will communicate promptly in such events and provide flexible solutions to affected guests.
No-show or last-minute cancellation due to personal issues, health conditions, or change of plans will not be eligible for any refund.
Rescheduling of safari dates can be done based on availability and may involve additional fees.
We advise guests to confirm their travel dates carefully before making a booking.
